THE EXPERIENCE

The Great Eastern Drive winds through countryside and the pretty coastal towns along Tasmania’s east coast. Our tour stops at several towns, including Orford and Triabunna, so you can see mountainous Maria Island across the water. At Swansea we pause to take in the view of the dramatic Hazards of Freycinet.

Explore Freycinet National Park. Soak in the magic of Wineglass Bay from the lookout and if time permits, walk down to the beach. Dare you to go for a swim in the refreshing water!

Enjoy lunch at Devil’s Corner Winery. Sip on pinot noir or sparkling as you eat a delicious meal with beautiful views across the water to Freycinet National Park.

There's an option to either go and sample salty oysters plucked straight from the water at Freycinet Marine Farm, or a trip to Kate’s Berry Farm to indulge in berry favourites such as ice-cream, pie and chocolates.
